Kung hei fat choi run, last day of January 2014

This will be my recovery run after completing the full marathon of SIM 2014.
The muscle sore I have after that race has all been gone after 48 hours and energy level back to normal. This is a late recovery run already but I do a lot of walking days after the marathon, long walks actually, but I've not recorded the steps.. :-)
Since this is a holiday, this is a good chance to do another run and a short run with my wife will do it.
how can you leave this place?

The cool breeze on this morning was the same for the previous days, some warm ups and we go run.
Running with your partner for me is great, it's actually not tiring for me.
I run with my wife's pace, slow and painless and fun.
It was a blessing as the usual run we do together... ♥..

Subic International Marathon 2014 (8th wedding anniv)

This is my 2nd race for 2014 and the 3rd marathon I've attended in my entire life.
Our Bib numbers, my medal and her finishers dog tag.
Even marathon has always the same distance to complete, there are always something different and unique on each event. On this race, the numbers of runners are not so crowded.
The weather is fine, cool and you almost can't feel the heat of the sun.
The route was so green with challenging uphill's and downhills, fresh air all over the race.
As I runner, i couldn't ask for more that what this event can offer, it's satisfies me a lot.
What's more important about this event is I was able to share with my wife the beauty of this route through running. My wife has proven again how strong his mind and body to complete for the third time a half marathon.
And the most important of all, this date marks our 8th years of being happily married with each other.
I love you mommy!!!
Run with me forever!!!

"I can't win, I can't reign
I will never win this game
Without you, without you
I am lost, I am vain,
I will never be the same
Without you, without you

I won't run, I won't fly
I will never make it by
Without you, without you
I can't rest, I can't fight
All I need is you and I,

Without you, without you" -David Gueta

Aerotropolis SCTEX challenge 21k

When I attended Milo leg in Angeles City, I am always excited to join in races in the province. I don't know but I find it more comfortable to have join a not too over crowded race event.
Pacing my lovely wife for a stronger finish.
That's the reason why me and my wife join this race. This morning was so cold, we go out of the car in the event site and the weather was so chilly, brrrrrr. The starting line is almost half a mile and there is no problem walking to it, since we need a warm up. At 5:30am, the gun was fired and follow by fireworks on the right side of the route, that was great!only the sounds though since I need to focus on my running.. :D
The route was so nice, up hills and down hills, hydration every 1 mile and very nice race officers along the way.
I can't believe that this is the 1st time this event happens because the organizer did very well.
All runners were satisfied and asking for a longer distance on its 2nd season..
More power to Aerotropolis/GGLC/Hubble Multisport!!
