Almost a year ago, I am a guy who just enjoy the after-wok time browsing the internet, watching news, like a potato guy and physical activities are not on my daily activity list. One time when I was browsing the net, I checked the ipod nano 6th gen features(I had in April 2013,a recall unit of my 1st gen, long story to tell),and there was this fitness application that can be use to track running and walking activities. That time, what amaze me is how it will measure my steps and distance. I test it in walking 500m distance. It takes me 6'40" to do 706 steps to complete the distance. It was cool for me! From then, I schedule myself to have a productive physical activity, to do jogging or running near my work place. Before being in this race, there are lots of pain, injuries, aches, self therapy that I did and gone with. And that makes sense, I learn a lot from it. It makes even my net browsing so healthy in the sense that I influence my friends, workmates and family to jog and run for a more healthy way of living. I love to run...
